For orders up to £50,000 Express Delivery is complimentary. We aim to ship your order within 1 business day of purchase with tracked shipping, unless specified otherwise, and pending availability and credit verification. Please be aware that all deliveries require a signature for delivery.

FedEx - Depending on the destination country international delivery times do vary. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email/text with details of your consignment number so that you will be able to track your package. **Excludes orders to Russia. If you wish to make an order for delivery to Russia please contact us.

Tracking your Order

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a Dispatched Order confirmation email/text with your Royal Mail parcel code so that you can see when your package is expected to be delivered by Royal Mail. Next Day and Saturday services will receive an email/text with your parcel tracking code so that you will be able to track your package. A signature is required on delivery for these services. Not going to be home? Royal Mail will attempt to deliver but will keep your package safe until you are able to collect from your local customer service point.

Please note that international shipments are subject to customs clearance which can cause delays out of our control.

As part of routine inspections carried out by US Customs, orders valued over $2,500 may be subject to a further information request via our nominated courier including the shipping receivers IRS number. This is a routine requirement requested by US Customs for clearance of the shipment.


For customers outside of the UK, all orders are shipped with Import Duties & Taxes unpaid. Therefore, customers will be contacted by our nominated courier in advance of delivery for collection of these fees which are payable directly to the courier. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

If you are unhappy with your Ana de Costa online purchase, we will be happy to arrange an exchange or full refund within 14 days - please note that this policy does not apply to bespoke orders. Please contact us straightaway on +44 (0) 207 249 4005 or with details of your online return request.

We will only accept goods that are unworn, undamaged and in the original Ana de Costa box. Please be aware that we cannot refund import duties or taxes on international deliveries and that bespoke or engraved pieces cannot be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings or pierced jewellery due to hygiene reasons.

Warranty and Repairs

Every piece of Ana de Costa jewellery is covered by a 12 month warranty which covers manufacturing faults but excludes fair wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse. If within 12 months, your jewellery needs repair, please let us know via and we will provide you with a repair service free of charge.
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.
Although we endeavour to ensure that every piece of Ana de Costa jewellery is finished to our strict quality standards however nothing is indestructible and at times you may need a repair after your warranty, in this instance please contact us at
